MISSION:

Our mission is to contribute to the expansion of the consciousness of people within the organization to increase the effectiveness in the working environment, to inspire leaders so they can inspire others and strengthen their spirit of service, to transcend in order to make the difference.



VISION:

Our vision is integral. We strongly believe that the human being has potentially infinite possibilities. Our goal is to create the proper conditions for the person so he or she can manifest expansively. We understand that the key for development of any organization is closely linked to the level of consciousness of the people who compose it, and that's why we propose integral formation.

DIRECTOR'S LETTER:

From our perspective, the historical way of seeing and doing the management is inadequate for the challenges that face professionals today. The assumptions on which we based our reality have led us into a critical situation, not only at global economic but also in social, political, spiritual, philosophical and individual. We live in a time of transition, and it's in our hands to be protagonists or victims of this emerging reality.

We offer an alternative to the transformation that society is experiencing, we propose an integral approach to manage organizations. We agree with leading thinkers that while the historical paradigms are running out and alternative solutions on core issues are being pursued, new interpretations and methodologies are springing up. We believe that a fresh and exciting new interpretation of the reality of the organizations is possible.

The integral responsibility (respons ability) that we suggest diminishes the limits of the cultural attitude of the victim. Because of dynamism, speed and practical reasons, the old structures are becoming powerful networks and multidirectional processes. To the emerging organization is no longer useful to see the person as a human resource with capacities to improve, instead begins to assume that each person is an end in itself. Processes based on control mechanisms are loosing their relevance because of their incapability to reach the dimension of emerging viariables. Instead, trust becomes the central value of the new model of management.

We hold, in addition, that smart organizations can remain competitive in the market as long as they learn to manage and enhance their ability to learn. At the
ICM we believe that having information or to acumulate knowledge not necessary means "to wisdom". Therefore, we propose to add to the standard formation a "generating" methodology. It is no longer about to have knowledge about leadership, but to lead. Our trainning does not talk about skills, but creates the space to develop them. While the lecture about leadership or teamwork does not help to get leaders, our methodology of integral learning generates action.

We invite all those willing to be actors of the creation of a new paradigm to move beyond historical management through an intelligent model of learning, dynamic and vital, so we can look the same reality with new eyes.

Director of The Institute for Conscious Management



ORGANIZATIONAL PURPOSE:

The Institute for Conscious Management is part of the University of Global Management, UGM. Its purpose is to promote the development and spread the Management Sciences, particularly those that increase the holistic consciousness. With an eye on the meta-management initiated by Fredy Kofman, Peter Senge and Ken Wilber, we amplify the vision by contributing with the 'management of the intangible values on organizations', sponsored by the Chancellor of the University, Salvador Guash, presenting a methodology that allows quantifying the quality, and qualifying the quantity.

This Institute, with strong aim of synthesis, has born in Europe and integrates experiences of the Anglo-Saxon world. The basis acquired and inspired in the United States has been rethought, adapted and enriched through the educational background of its founders. Its current director, with multicultural formation and based in Catalonia, is Esteban Pinotti. The international experience of a dynamic lawyer, together with other professionals with international profiles and strong humanistic orientation, join to promote from Delaware and through the UGM on site formation in various capitals. Spreading the discipline helps to increase levels of awareness and responsibility in the overall world of organizations, within the framework of the principles of ethics, effectiveness and efficiency, set by the United Nations' Global Compact. (UN).



OUR METHODOLOGY:

The Institute's approach combines:

. Development of working and emotional skills, as self-awareness, self-motivation and empathy

DINAMIC CONSISTENCY:

We always operate in a particular "Coherence". This means that we have always current beliefs and judgments, that we are used to be in a determined state of mind and emotion, and as long as we live, we will have a body experiencing, feeling and perceiving. Wherever we go it goes with us, we can't get rid of our thoughts, emotions and even less of our body. The wise management of our way of being is "Dynamic Consistency"

In a practical, effective and supportive way, team workshops and activities, leadership and meta-communication will be developed through the Teaming process, directed and coordinated directly by the founder and main promoter Jil van Eyle
